Paul Berghoff, Josh Rich, and I will be speaking in an FDANews audioconference next week entitled "Strategies to Defend Against Generic Drug Patent Challenges." Paul is a first-chair patent litigator who has tried numerous Hatch-Waxman cases, while Josh has spent over a decade litigating such cases. The audioconference will take place from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. (eastern), next Wednesday, March 14--one week from today.
